Well if there is one thing that Godzilla is known for, its his deep grudges. :g2k:

Whereas I was a bit disappointed by ROE, I was extremely satisfied with this issue. This one just continues bringing what I love about the series so much. Megaguirus makes one hell of a debut with her whole swarm. Hiroshi's narration was absolutely stellar in the later half of the issue, I loved all of it. Very good issue indeed, and I can't wait for the next one.

This series is definitely shaping up to be the next HCW for me. Three incredible issues so far and I'm dying to see what's next.

Another fantastic issue in what is shaping up to be one of the best Godzilla comics to date. The fact that Biollante plays such a huge role is awesome and the Meganula swarm was awesome as was the Mothra vs. Megaguirus fight. The only bad thing about the series so far is that it ends in two issues.

Really love this mini series so far. I'm curious as to what the people hooked up to mind control(?) machine thing are. At first I thought that the humans were hooked up to a matrix type thing but it seems like they tried to control the monsters and ultimately failed.

^ Not really. To me cataclysm is by far the best Godzilla story ive ever read. I will still recommend HCW for those that don't know Godzilla and are interested, but cataclysm is just amazing. The only problem is the short battles but I don't care. The story is just to good and they are using the pages well.

No, it's not. Not at all.

Cataclysm has had three stellar issues so far and it looks like the next will follow suit. Heck, it might end up being better than HCW for all I know. Or the ending could be a letdown. Too early to say right now of course, but right now it's looking pretty promising.

Ah. It could end up being better than HCW for all we know, but as I said, can't claim that just yet. They could very well butcher the ending. Not that I expect that to happen, like, at all, but I can't definitively rank it until it's over.

both HCW and Godzilla cataclysm have one thing in common. they would make sweet american(modern technology) movies. in fact if Bryan cranstons character was the main one they could have gone with a half century war spiritual successor(adaptation). or godzilla cataclym would make a great standalone. doesn't anyone agree
