Haha, Violent yes but Dark n Gritty?

The characters are drawn like something out of Sailor Moon.
The main Character seems to really like Godzilla ( To the point of crying in front of a toy XD ).
The mad scientist screams Megaman villan.
Godzilla's chest is the most endurant thing EVA.

The manga shines honestly in the first book, while it gets a little more serious in the second book. Book two also gives us the BEST Gigan incarnation in terms of abilities.

Hmmm, good question. I know that the recent "modern" Ultraman manga has been translated and uploaded online, and it's pretty new. But then again, Toho is known to be more strict with legal action.

I'm not a lawyer, and your local laws may vary, but strictly speaking, it's probably not legal. However:
-since it's not currently in print in Japan, Kodansha isn't losing money on it
-since you're altering the art to make it unreadable to the Japanese demographic, Kodansha isn't losing money on it
-since it's not licensed in English and probably won't ever be, Kodansha isn't losing money on it
-you're not making money on it

So most likely no one will care enough to press charges; they have bigger fish to fry. If they do contact you, politely remove your scans from wherever you posted them, though.
