I found this on tumblr recently and was wondering if you guys have any info on it? All I have mangaged to find on it so far is that its called "Legend" and is a short story about Gamera, Gyaos, and the fall of atlantis.

Maybe it's Gamera's back story with his connection with Antlantis. Are there any other monsters besides him and Gayos?

It was on tumblr so I'll try to link the post. Basically it said that the person who has this found it for $5 at a comic store along with a book about the making of Gamera: Guardian of the universe.

looks like a mixture of the Gamera Trilogy and Mel Gibson's Apocalypto. o.o

Isn't Atlantis suppose to be very advanced. More advanced than modern society. Looking at the images. They don't look very advanced to me.

I'd expect robes or any clothing like that like in Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire.

Well aliens are naked a lot of the time in movies despite having ships that are capable of space travel and advanced tech. Maybe at some point civilizations get to advanced for clothes

I found these images on tumblr. The person only said they found it at a shop in Texas for $5 along with the info I gave out earlier in the thread. If you guys want I'll link the original tumblr post.

HEy guys Zornow here with some info on this mystery...
I OWN a copy of this book, its a softcover Gamera movie book from the 90's in the middle is essentially an illustrated story about the origina of Gamera and gaos created by the race from eons before.. its not a manga, but illustrated pics with text.

the illustrated original story is only 12 pages long.
I will try to scan this... however my copy is damaged from so much use over the years and some of the manga pages are actually falling out ( due to a crappy spine job). SO i have to be careful with the thing... will try to get to it this weekend if i have time..
