Goliath - Mothra & Moguera vs. Bemular vs. Goliath
Heisei Ghidorah - KG & MKG vs. GKG
Heisei Mothra - Mothra & Manda vs. Megalon
Though I think the last few (for Ghidorah and Mothra in particular), I think there might be a shift in choice... Maybe.
