I saw that art piece on Twitter, and somehow I knew this match was gonna happen as a result.

Truly great stuff!

Beautiful match up and great use of First Person perspective. Banner looks amazing, as usual with drawn banners.
Spoiler:
Really enjoy how this was told from Doctor Yamane’s perspective, a person who witnessed the first Godzilla first hand and knows the terror of these monsters. I also love how this ended in a draw. It’s an endless cycle that nobody wants to break apparently.
A reminder to watch Chouseishin Gransazers.

Alright, finally got a chance to read through this match, nice stuff! I love Yamane's role and it's rather fun way of acting like an event that actually happened.
Spoiler:
And yes, i know the draw ending helped benefit the story a lot, i can accept that after reading it. Just hope round 3 decides to stop pulling the punches is all. One of them's gotta go down at some point.

It's not the last of Gamerathon. ;)
Oh, right. Still, perfect day to release a match like this.

Spoiler:
Normally would be more upset at the draw ending AGAIN as I prefer to see a winner and loser to these things, but in the context of the story it is the most fitting ending. It never ends. And using Dr. Yamane as the POV for this was genius.
What a 4th of July present fantastic work.

A new rematch is here
Spoiler:
Which just like round 1, ends in a tie, which is a great way to satisfy both fans.

Overall, the match is fun, the fight is great and the banner is epic

I got an interesting question to you lads, which Pre existing KWC Match would you like to see have a Round 2?

Honestly, a ton of them.

Zilla vs. Titanosaurus

Gamera vs. Hedorah

Gigan vs. Kumasogami

Godzilla (Heisei) vs. Ultraman vs. King Kong vs. Gamera

King Kong vs. SpaceGodzilla

I would've said Goliath vs. Red King, but then Goliath got retired. :P

Yeah, Goliath Vs Red King would have been great, along with Gabara Vs Goliath.

But aside from that, Gigan Vs Kumasogami: Round 2 would be cool. But I will agree that Godzilla (Heisei) Vs Ultraman Vs King Kong Vs Gamera really does need a Round 2.

Added in 20 minutes 12 seconds:
As for me, I would like to see someone doing a Round 2 on...

Anguirus Vs Baragon simply because it was the very first match that I’ve ever read when first discovered the KWC long ago.

Megalon Vs Ultraman since it wasn’t a really good match.

Orochi Vs Legion since we could use more Orochi matches.

And I wouldnt mind if someone did a round 2 on either Baragon Vs Jet Jaguar or Baragon Vs Ultraman

I already wrote and send Orochi vs Legion: Round 2

Besides that, Monster X vs Bagan: Round 2 would be fun, especially since Monster X can become Kaiser Ghidorah now.

Nice, really looking forward to that match, cause we need more Orochi matches.

Although Monster X already got payback in Team Xiliens Vs Bagan, yeah, a Round 2 on that match would be nice.

Update is live! The stats page went through some heavy revisions, so if they don't show up immediately or the page looks a little wonky, come back in like 24 hours, or clear your cache. You can preview it in incognito :) Hopefully looks better for those of you who browse on mobile devices, too.
