Ha, thats a joke. Ghidorah and Destroyah never put Godzilla in any real danger, now Hedorah, or Gigan (1972) because they really messed him up, especially Hedorah.GodzillaFan1990's wrote:Awww that's a shame. Actually, thinking about it, the only time Ghidorah was ever a genuine threat was when he was paired with Gigan. Mechagodzilla (1974) too maybe since Godzilla needed a powerup to defeat him... Definitely Mothra too since she always wins against him..... Mechagodzilla (1993) also... You know, cause it actually succeeded in killing Godzilla.
But yeah, Destroyah's so overhyped because of the Oxygen Destroyer origins, but anyone who watched the movie should know Destroyah never came close to beating Godzilla as bad as a lot of the older monsters.
And Ghidorah was tough, but without a team up, he never threatened Godzillas life in any way.

Hedorah vs. Mothra & Mechagodzilla (Heisei) vs. Mechagodzilla (Showa) & Gigan (Showa) vs. Godzilla (Heisei)
