Q1: Can I request a match?
Absolutely! You can request to have Monster A fight Monster B. However, that's all. You can NOT request who the winner is. That's up to the writer and they will write the outcome however they see fit.
However, just because you CAN request a match, please don't go requesting match after match after match. It gets annoying after a while. Requests are better saved for a period where nobody's writing anything and/or no new matches are being posted.
Q2: How do I get into the KWC?
Write your own match, then send it to us. If it's good enough, then you're in! However, DO NOT STEAL SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK. If you do, then you will be shunned and any stories that were put up by you will be taken down and all further stories you send in will be ignored and thrown out.
Q3: Where do I send it in?
PM it to either Primevalgodzilla V2, Monster Master, Hedorah or Living Corpse. If they think it is good enough, they will send it to either TitanoGoji16 or Tomzilla for the final verdict. Credit goes to Hedorah for the idea.
Q4: Can two people co-write a match together?
Yes.
Q5: Can I call dibs on a match?
Yes.
Q6: Can I call dibs on several matches?
No. We've had some issues in the past about this. It's unfair to others who may also want to do a particular fight if you've called dibs on ten or so matches. Just call out dibs on ONE match at a time.
Q7: Can I write Maguma and Gezora Vs. Destoroyah?
No nonsense matches, please. One-sided matches are not against the rules per se, we do have a few like Biollante Vs. Gyaos and Monster X Vs. Gorosaurus, but please try to refrain from insanely mismatched fights like the one mentioned above. Thank you.
Q8: I didn't get a response. Does that mean my match didn't make it in?
Please keep in mind that Tom and Titano have a lot of KWC matches to read, not to mention that they have other, non-KWC things to do, so you may not get a response even if they've accepted your match.
Q9: It's been a week and my match still isn't up yet! What's taking so long?
Keep in mind that even if your match makes it, you could be waiting for months before it comes up. Arbok, the site owner, does have (as we all do) a little something off the Internet called a real life. Furthermore, matches aren't posted in the order they are received. Be patient, and your match will be up before you know it.
Q10: How is the banner for my match handled? Do I request what I want on it, or...?
Include the location of the match (Tokyo/Monster Island/New York/Planet X/etc.) as well as whether it takes place at day or night. Once your match has been given final approval by TitanoGoji/Tomzilla, they will pass the information along to Goji_girl/Varan58 who will then create your match's banner.
Q11: Are there any monsters that are not allowed?
Yes. Only monsters that had some of Toho's involvement in their film or series' creation or distribution are allowed, hence why a small handful of Ultraman and Gamera monsters are in, and of course Toho's King Kong. So monsters such as Clover, Gappa, Guilala, Gorgo, the Staypuft Marshmallow Man, Zedus or any of Gamera's Showa opponents will not be allowed. Sorry.
Also, even if a monster is directly related to Toho and Godzilla, they must have either a suit or 3D model to work with (for the banners) and a list of powers (so we know what we're writing about). This means that no monsters from the Hanna-Barbera Godzilla, Godzilla: The Animated Series, Marvel's Godzilla comic or Dark Horse's Godzilla comic will be included, nor any unused creatures like Hitodah, Uchujin or the Devil.
Q12: Can I add a new monster to the roster?
If it meets all the requirements mentioned in the previous question, then yes, you can. Just send a shout out to either Tomzilla or TitanoGoji with a picture and information provided on the monster, and proof that Toho had a hand in its creation.
Q13: Is there a limit to how many different incarnations of the same monster can be in the KWC?
Yes. At the time of this writing, there are three Ghidorahs (Mecha-King Ghidorah, Grand King Ghidorah and Desghidorah) as well as Orochi, who's close enough. Heisei King Ghidorah has been officially retired from the roster. If the incarnation is different enough from the others already included (like Grand and Des), chances are it will be included. If the difference isn't all that big, however, then most likely not. We don't need 10 different versions of Godzilla.
Q14: Can I use Heisei King Ghidorah in a match?
See the big red letters that say "Retired?"
Currently, there are no plans to bring him back to active duty. We don't want to saturate the KWC with too many similar kaiju. We don't need four different Ghidorahs, five different Godzillas and so forth. If you must use a Ghidorah, please use one of the other three that are already in the roster.Q15: Are transformations allowed?
To a certain point, yes. Hedorah and Destoroyah's shapeshifting is allowed, as is Mothra Leo being able to turn into Rainbow/Aqua/Armor Mothra. Mechagodzilla becoming Super Mechagodzilla is also okay. Burning Godzilla is allowed, though it is preferred that he not be treated as a mere "power up" transformation. Monster X turning into Keizer Ghidorah is not allowed, however, as 1) Keizer Ghidorah is a completely different beast altogether and 2) We have enough Ghidorahs in the roster already.
Q16: Is there a limit to how many monsters are allowed in my matches?
Not at all. For example, Match 51 - Bagan Vs. Everyone - features a whopping 18 monsters.
Q17: Are rematches allowed?
Yes.
Q18: Are subtitles (Biollante Vs. Gabara: The Really Epic Battle of Total Awesomeness!) allowed?
For the most part, no, they are not. The only exception is if the fight is a rematch, in which case it will be titled Monster A Vs. Monster B: Round 2 (or Round 3, Round 4, etc).
Q19: It said on WikiZilla that Zilla can shoot acid from his stomach. Can I use that in a match?
Please avoid places like Wikipedia or WikiZilla for info. If you must have a list of powers so you know what a monster can or can't do, then please use the stats on Toho Kingdom as they come straight from Toho, the guys who make these films, thus making the stats here THE official stats.

Q20: There's an illegal monster in one of the matches that Toho had no hand in! What's stopping this from happening again?
All right, we're going to just come out and say this. If you've read Bagan Vs. Everyone: Fallout, you've noticed that a certain monster transformed into a certain stronger form which Toho had no hand in. This was a special, one-time-only thing. So don't expect to see this happen again. So yes, put your illegal monsters away.
Q21: There's a monster using an illegal power in the KWC - A power Toho had no involvement in!
Keep in mind, we had to bend or break a few of our own rules to make some monsters more capable fighters in the KWC, hence why someone like Gomora has a heat ray when only later versions of the character that Toho had no involvement in had such a power, or to a lesser degree, why Battra can transform back and forth between adult and larval forms.
Q22: Can you tell me if Monster A will make it into the roster?
What, and ruin the surprise? Not a chance, Sparky. Just be patient and enjoy the KWC matches as you wait for new monsters to appear.

The KWC stats aren't supposed to list every single one of the monsters' powers. If you want to see a full list of their abilities, then click the "[full list]" where applicable.
