So this a banner for the match i plan to write with Alien Zarab, probably one of the reasons why i wanted Zarab before Belial was because he could imitate other monsters (confirmed by Birdman), so for banners i wanted to make his disguises a bit obvious to tell that they're fake, like his Ultraman disguise.

If possible have citizens watch the intense battle from the city along with helicopters and military aircraft attacking the two monsters as they duke out in the bay.

You're obviously referencing to #126 which took place in an similar location (New York Harbor) aren't you.
