Does the 15-hit thing work in matches with more than two monsters?

In a match with more than two combatants, if one player has been hit 15 times (or an equivalent to 15 times), then that person is no longer in the match. Whichever combatant remains in the end is the victor. Of course, the person who starts the match can decide a different number of successful hits; 15 is just the default .

^ not that I'm aware of. It may be the thirty hit limit...that's a lot of back and forth action.

If you're in a tournement and you see the match ups and the person on the left side of the vs doesn't post a topic and intro for the fight can the person on the right side of the vs post a topic and intro for the fight?

Yes, either one is allowed.

how do u edit the rules to allow for no instant k o's and more than 15 hits to win

^ You just tell your opponent. IKO's will show "1 Successful hit or Equivilant" after they hit. There is no switch to turn that stuff on our off. As for hits, the same thing goes...the default is 15, but you just have to make sure you count how many successful hits you have after 15.

ive retired from the shadow arena for abit but the matches i havnt been in or completed ill finish them first but it hurts me to retire from something ive watch rise to the top but i want to have one last brawl

Are you allowed to randomly make a match where you choose whose fighting? For example, are you allowed to make a match where you want Kiryu86 and Mogu to fight?

An interesting question. It might lead to a lot of empty topics that tried to pair up people who weren't interested. Plus, the presence of a third party announcing the match would trick the code into thinking there are more than two people (which wouldn't cause too much trouble, it would just limit the scorekeeping feature).

Though I would recommend against it, if you're absolutely set on doing it, then go ahead .

Is there like a limit to how many matches one person can be in at once? If there's not I'd seriously consider implementing some sort of rule like that seriously, I scroll through and it seems like at least 90% of all the matches are all taken by the same person even though they're already in like 3 others too give someone else a chance to fight.
