Almost all toy message boards (also anime, cartoons and fan boards that feature media) have a marketplace. Some of these actually monitor the members selling. And if a member selling keeps ripping people off, the admins will ban that person (or someone who doesnt pay fast enough). It's called hassle and to be honest, with Clubtokyo, eBay and Skreeonk, why does TK need a marketplace?

Of course YOU'D be the one to worry about that. I don't think anyone would try to sell that stuff. And if there's a rule in place about what's being sold, stuff that isn't allowed wouldn't be up there long.
