I know that AH does bring a of this abuse onto himself, and I certainly don't think he's innocent in all this, but everyone still needs to remember that the rules still apply when it comes to him. The flaming really does get out of control at times and needs to stop. We've been off-topic for the longest time anyway.

If I may be so bold as to insert a humble opinion on the AlienHulk debate. I don't converse with AlienHulk, and I don't intend to. Frankly I have better things to do with my time than to attempt an intelligent disagreement with a brick wall.

If AlienHulk is a troll, then he is the most persistent troll in the history of the internet. I have very little doubt in my mind he genuinely likes all the films he lists, simply because I can't imagining subjecting myself to such bargain basement garbage at such a massive level if I didn't have a taste for it (if he really doesn't like it and only watches it to piss people on the internet off, then he's psychotic. That's all there is to it). With that in mind, I can't call him a full troll, because he's at least honest about himself.

That said, I hadn't peeked into the "Worst Godzilla Character" thread until just today. His tone in his posts in that thread definitely feel as if he's trying to get a rise out of people, even if it's at a microscopic level. Does he genuinely believe the opinions he posted in that thread? Possibly. It's a first amendment right to believe and say what we feel in our hearts. But he's also flaunting it as if he knows it's going to make people angry. But he denies it, and through that dishonesty does his trollhood lie.

I'm not advocating his banning. But I'm also not against it. I ignore him, though I find some of the extreme outcomes of his posting to be amusing at times. Maybe I secretly wish he would stick around just for a cheap laugh. But having modded at another board, I always took to heart our number one rule "We don't moderate opinion, we moderate tone." There's a tone to AlienHulk that can't be ignored, in my eyes.

More on topic, for such a large forum, the modship here does seem miniature. I feel expansion is necessary to keep this board afloat, otherwise it risks collapsing on itself. More solid enforcement may be necessary as well, but this board has always had a certain edge to it poster-wise, and I don't expect it to end anytime soon.

Do I have any nominations? Can't say that I do. Don't really mingle with the people here well enough to know who can handle the duties and who would abuse them. Personally, I can't imagine having the patience or the desire to moderate this forum. Maybe that makes my opinion on the matter more moot than others.

People really just need to grow the hell up seriously no matter how many admins or mods we get if people don't change the way they act it's not going to matter who's a mod or an admin. In all honesty if the admins and mods stated cracking down even more half the people who posted in this thread would probably be gone or at least have been temp banned hell it could be possible to throw myself on that list I supose. Honestly it seems like everyone is just blaming someone else for how they act on the boards when in reality the only person who controls what you do and say is you and I think for some people on here the problem isn't AH or whoever it's themselves and they need to just grow up, welcome to life, people are gonna piss you off people are going to be well... stupid. Just take the damn high road and quit with the bitchin it's spreading like wildfire here.

Stuckey's the best choice IMO. He seems most active of the mods and he seems like a pretty fair person. I can't associate him with anything particular, good or bad.
