i started with 2014 and now i switched to gigan because popularity and it looks cool

The King Ghidorah is kinda hard on the eyes, but I'm glad we got it!

Gigan theme is the best theme already in my book, case closed.

How easy is it to modify certain aspects of the board styles? I've tried to switch over to a more night-mode friendly style but I cannot stand the placement of the "Mark Forums Read" button:



This position is extremely susceptible to misclicks, effectively rendering a once lively forum full of unread topics to a wasteland (too dramatic?).

I don't know why this isn't moved over to the right side of this line, there's a huge blank space there that could suffice:



Of course, that would also mean that anyone trying to click on the right-side icons could also misclick it there as well. So why not put it in the drop down menu?

Just a few thoughts I had. I like the night mode-style themes but functionally, they're a pain in some ways.

I need to look. It's a pre-built template. I'm currently trying to modify a template that combines Gotengo and Godzilla 2014. Colors are going to be dark but I'll see if I can move the "Mark Posts Read" over in the corner.

Besides the eye-friendly colors, my favorite thing about the Rodan style is how compact it is. Posts being condensed to the center of the screen is easier to deal with than having them spread out, for me.

I've been using the 2014 Godzilla one since I joined just cause that's what it gave me? and anytime I even looked at the others it's really weirded me out haha.

Could I request a few Studio Ghibli styles? Just anything anime really?

I like to mix up the styles every few months or so, but some of them don’t work very well on mobile. I’m using the Mothra Leo one right now, and I like it, but on mobile I can’t see from the main page what the most recently posted in topics are.

I've never switched from the purple G'14 one that was set when I signed up haha.

Is there a way all of the themes can be formatted to be fully functional on mobile? Some of them miss something - seeing the most recently posted in topic of every section on the main page, notifications, etc.

I wish there were more black options. I like the layout, but not Jet Jaguar.

I honestly find myself not liking most of the boards. They're either too bright, too dark, or just weirdly formatted for me. That's why i stick with my Biollante one.

What ever happened to Blood Thirsty? The one that used Vampire Doll for it's monster? I used that for Halloween till it went away.

Gotengo is by far the best one. Easiest on the eyes.

How is Gotengo "easiest on the eyes" when it's just the Battra style with a harsher, higher saturated shade of blue? The contrast between the dark and light shades in Gotengo is far more extreme than in Battra, therefore harder on your retinas.

So since the preferences are gonna be redone anyway, maybe this can be a chance to get some new ones? I think one for Shin Godzilla could be great!
