That's real nice.
He and others would scream bloody murder if something similar was said regarding SH figures and those who buy them....
He's expressing his honest opinion. I don't see how that's any different from you expressing your opinions about the Monsterarts and comics like you used to.

Anyways, I don't personally collect these figures, but if I was to get one, it'd be that black Ghidorah. Looks bloody amazing.

I actually think the green and white Ghidorah is my favourite varient, after the black one; Its blending of colours appeals to me quite a bit.

I also like the pink mouths, to be honest; the blending is just beautifully done.

No love for the original gold variant?
Maybe I'm just not deep enough in the stylized rabbit hole to appreciate different color schemes...

Cimmerian Dragon wrote: I think the gold version is damn-near perfect. The thing is, I have a pile of huge, gold Ghidorah figures already. I held out for the black one because it really stood apart from the rest of the pack. That said, if the black hadn't been available, I would have bought the gold one in a split-second.
Thats exactly why I chose to get the black variant as well. As good as the gold version looks, I've seen Ghidorah in gold way too often. But huge black Ghidorah? Definitely much less often! It looks so classy and sexy I had to get one. And after a few days searching online, I have one now sitting on my shelf.

I don't really mind the neon Ghidorah (though I don't like it nearly as much as the other variants). It brings to mind the color schemes of more southeast-asian dragons.

The other variants look bloody beautiful though. But I probably will never be able to afford one.

Whoa, I can't believe I haven't read through this thread before!

All of the Gigabrain figures are just gorgeous, high-quality toys...but my favourite has got to be Eva Jet Jaguar, as it's pretty much the coolest thing ever.

You think we'll ever see a Megalon painted up to look like Sachiel?

I love that gold Ghidorah. How tall is it?

I still like the first 3 variants more but that is still very cool. Much better than the green glow one. I personally feel the closed mouth sculpt captures Showa Ghidorah better than the open mouth sculpts. You can feel the vehemence pouring out of its facial expression.

The red Kingoji looks cool too.

Hmm....so I'm guessing these are the new Super Festival variants from Gigabrain? All three look nice this time around. Love the hot pink on the semi-translucent light yellow Ghidorah. Gigan looks good as usual. Even the dull black of King-Goji looks better with those red spray highlights.... Unfortunately I'm both tight on money and space so none of these will be in my collection.

^ That could just be from the line differences, especially in stylization.
But I think we've been discussing a simple joke for too long at this point

Damnit, Jim - that Gigan is killer. I am really digging the metallic blue. I've got to get one to put next to my Ghidorah!

It is. It's almost odd to call that figure stylized (besides paint) seeing how fuggin accurate it is.
