It'll most likely be well under a thousand dollars, I think. I'm thinking at most a hundred CDs and far fewer vinyl copies. The vinyl records are going to be the most expensive part of the whole affair, by far. Also, does anyone know anything about the legality of selling these? Would I have to give them away for free?

I am going to say that you wouldn't be able to make a profit from them. Hollywood movies and other Media have used songs (and just song segments) from the Godzilla series and Toho (as usual) went apeshit.

Thanks for the kind words regarding the song. And I knew you guys would enjoy the new character, Alex and I had discussed that and we thought it was a good idea. And it might happen again sometime.

Regarding the music rights and so on, there's only one actual audio sample from anything Toho has made in the soundtrack, which is Godzilla's roar in one song. Everything else was re-created from scratch. Would that have any effect on the whole thing?

So, omgitsgodzilla, I've got a question for you (one I don't think has been asked/answered yet).

The 'CD cover' in the videos says "music by Akira Ifukube, Takayuki Hattori and Michiru Oshima." But will they be the only Godzilla composers represented in the soundtrack, or will there be others?

There are a few others. If you listen in the trailer, a remixed version of David Arnold's opening theme from GODZILLA is in there. And there are a couple others, I think. At least one.

Those two are possible after the initial release, I'm focusing on the Godzilla kaiju first. Another problem is, while I know who those 2 are, I haven't seen the movie so while designing them wouldn't be an issue, I don't know what their movesets are like
