Actually I was thinking more along the lines that once his health is low enough his Smoke Rings are replaced with a spamable Atomic Breath. The idea is that just like in the movie when he get's stressed out enough he can fire the real deal once he is stressed out enough. Being near death would probably be beyond stressful to say the least.

Heh, why can't anyone make a Good Godzilla game, not Atari, not Toho, not even the god damn fans, seriously, this is getting ridiculous

But on to Daikaiju Battle Royale, what can I say? well for starters, it sucks, thats the shortest way I can describe it

First of all, I hate the fact that you did not make the levels repeat (as in no endings on one side or another), this is just pissing me off

Second, while some aspacts of the gameplay are nice (such as roaring to recharge, and multiple "power" attacks), its just so bad because its too damn simple, this is like a game for little kids, little kids who are 2 1/2, not once did I have a legitimate challenge (the only challenge is the limited space to fight, which SHOULD not be there), I just spam the roar button like crazy, and I ALWAYS win

Third, the damn password for Anguirus does not work, I do understand that the game is not finished, but I don't want to always have to beat a battle to unlock him, I want to use the damn password god damnit!

I do HOPE that you will fix this shit, because otherwise, this is going to be an Epic Failure of a game

Um not, just because I can't draw for shit doesn't mean I can't criticize an anime's art style and say if I could draw it sure as hell would not look like this, I'd actually put effort into it.

That being said there's a fine line between criticizing and insulting. No I am not taking sides. He has the right to criticize it though he probably could have done so with with a less antagonizing wording.

Games are NOT hard to make, just Very Good ones are, this game is not good

I can do it better, anyone can, just some of us are lazy to try, and I have made a few games myself, they all sucked, and thats how I am

I can Criticize it, anyone can if they want to, it's the BEST way to make a good game, the way you are trying to help is just gonna make things worse, like with TGTW, you guys are in some shadow saying it's good, when in reality, it's not

The guy above me has a point, however the only Proper way to Criticize is to explain why things are wrong, NO MATTER HOW THEIR ATTITUDE IS

This guy is clearly a troll.

The most important thing I feel needs to be pointed out, is this is a demo not a final game, so no need to be so harsh about it. Obviously, it's flawed and far from perfect - it's a fan effort done in a fan's spare time for their own amusement and in tribute to the series. AWM isn't being paid to do this, nor is he doing it on a fixed time rate mandated by a bigger company. And most importantly, he's put a colossal amount of work for essentially no payback besides comments in this thread.

You clearly don't even know what criticism is. You sir have not been on a Game Maker forum, they are the only Critics who have gotten games to become good, because of their harshness, and rarely have failed

I suggest you keep your mouth shut, I am trying to help, and all I get is some whining

Constructive Criticism is to explain problems, REGARDLESS OF THE ATTIDUTE OF THE CRITIC, and I did point out some nice features of the game

I know this is a DEMO, but Criticism is gonna have to be harsh, welcome to reality

Obviously you never went to the Kayin.Pyoko.Org Forums, they make games in 2 minutes, and most are half-assed, so you are obviously don't have anything to say about on this subject

Anyone can make a decent game with enough effort, if you think half-assed are hard, then I don't know what the skreeonk you are producing, but it certainly is not a game

The only other time making games are hard, is when you have barely enough time to make them, even in that case, you should have not made it

Games should only be made when you have PLENTY of spare time

Yes I do. Because I went to school to learn game design, just because others are lower skill then you does not automatically make their opinion void.

Sadly Toho and Atari don't care that quality requires time. And thus GSTE had no story and GU was a broken mess.

Then Toho should sell the license to Bandai, or hell, even Camelot, I bet they can at least make a decent godzilla game

Fact is, the only good godzilla game was G:DAMM, it was at least fun, and not skreeonk glitchy
