Really? Lol, Kaiju Kritixs is what intrigued me, I wish they would come back

They were funny, but they have run their course, honestly.

I think the toons should have a more continuous feel. with an actual story arc and fleshed out characters.

while I think the toons we have now are fun and humorous... they just feel kinda meh once they are over.

and in some, the characters talk so fast and the voices are so distorted it's just unpleasant.

I'd honestly prefer a weekly webcomic.

I've actually tried several times to work on my own "webcomic" for Toho Kingdom send-in, and believe me, there's been several attempts but sadly I lack a decent sense of humor within standards and practices, and I can't draw for shit. So I'm pretty boned.

I kinda hope he adds Zilla in. Maybe as Godzilla's apprentice or something.

Personally, I think the designs are amateurish.

Actually he combined Zilla and Minya's characters for this version of Junior.

They look generic and unrefined. Especially Godzilla. It looks like Feraligatr from Pokemon, but green.

Animation is a completely intricate and all-time consuming process. These kaiju were designed specifically with animation in mind - very much in the same vein as other current cartoons like Batman: Brave and the Bold, etc. Overly complicated, detailed designs dont get put into bulk animation series - they take too long to animate.

To give you an idea of what its like to be an animator - 24 frames go into ONE SECOND of animation. And thats for the run-o'-the-mill stuff. Some sequences, or entire projects, have upwards of 36 FPS.

These designs are unique, fresh, new, and clever. Not one component of these renderings shows signs of an amateur. They show the exact opposite - specific knowledge of the field they were created for.

There are only 2 things I don't like about his designs.

1- Godzilla is green

2-Mothra looks like a ghost with her wavy wings... But in the team pic, she looks good.

Doctor Frankenstein, King Kong, and King Ghidorah were added back on the 9th:

Voice Concept Test:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKmgehYdy80

Winslow Q. Nerdington is the one who created this fantastic concept for a new Godzilla series. And then I went against his wishes and slapped my voice all over it today. 8-)

Some of the allies work. Some REALLY REALLY don't. The adversaries turned out better than expected. Making the bumpers was the most fun.

The idea here is that the monsters talk amongst themselves, but the human cast only hear their roars.

Would love for someone to pick up the series, of course. Still trying to find a way to contact Winslow Q. Nerdington.

I've been participating in every Godzilla thread so far, but apparently now the mods don't consider Godzilla /co/ related.

Heh, yes, I saw that blow up last night.

One (awesome) poster decided to dump all of the Nerdington All Monsters Attack concepts, and then began a Godzilla Neo dump. He kept at it for THREE hours. While I could see a mod standpoint that this wasn't quite what the /co/ board was meant for... I have to admit I was pleased to see so many fans come out of the woodwork, both defending Godzilla as comic and cartoon related, but also making a half dozen other threads. Very fun.

My own post was swallowed up in the dump, so I may re-post tomorrow night. The feedback so far has been helpful, and I will posit if the voice concept tests can be expanded and refined. Could be promising.

I never thought I'd say it (being a religious fan of the Timm-Verse) but I love that show. If we got a G-Series in a similar vein, I'd be on cloud nine.
