So far only MosuGoji is available for MMD.
MMDCharizard plans to make all my kaiju models work in MMD.

May I make a request? I've been working on a Godzilla design for my own little universe that I'm curious to see how it would translate into 3D.

I intended for it to have the same bodily proportions as Mosugoji with a bell-shaped body, but with four-toed feet instead of three. The spines are smaller than the existing Godzilla's and rather stubby (pictured here). The head is intended to be heavily based off of Mosugoji with a large brow and large upper lip (though mine has tattered bits of skin hanging off of the lip), albeit mine has sunken, animalistic eyes not unlike Biogoji. Skin wise it's supposed to have a texture like Godzilla 2000, but with a brownish-grey tint very much like your Shodaigoji and GyakushuGoji.
