I only ask two things from you.

1. Can any of you teach me how to make custom sprites. I need to do so for some games I am planning to make.

2. A program that I can make a simple game in a game like the Ultraman and Ultraseven games for the Super Nintendo. Or like Taiketsu! Ultra Hero

I'm planning on making a game series based on the all the Original Ultra Series. The first in the series will be The Return of Ultraman which is the game version of Ultraman Jack. Next will be Ultraman Ace. And the last one I have planned for now which will be Ultraman Taro. I may attempt Ultraman Leo and 80 games but for now I am only doing the first three I said. The only custom sprites I think I will need to make are the sprites of the Kaiju. Making the sprites of the Ultra's that need them will be easy. I can just edit the Ultra's sprites from Taiketsu! Ultra Battle to make them.

Can anyone out there help me?

I can't teach you how to make custom sprites but I can recommend you MUGEN as a program to make your game with. If you want to me to, I can link you to video tutorials that teach you how to make characters and such.

Thank you, and yes I do know about the MUGEN Game but I don't think I'll use it. Wait can you program the levels in MUGEN?

Are you talking about making levels like in a platformer or making levels like in a fighting game? If you're talking about the latter, then yeah, you can make those.

Actually I don't think I can use Mugen. Because after every level there will be at least 5 to ten minutes of cut scenes. But I have been thinking of making some Mugen Chars.

Well the only other program that I can think of that might support cut scenes is Game Maker but you'll have to program everything if you choose to make your game with it.
