If you "modernize" Godzilla too much, you take away an essential piece of his iconic character.

Personally I think this is what the Heisei Godzilla should have been (minus the red coloring). The Biollante is nice as well.

Its kind of depressing that some CGI Godzilla on Youtube is better looking than any of the CGI Godzilla's in the millennium films.

I actually really like that design. it takes the dinosaur stance but does it right.
