So if we post in our part in this fanfic(shudders), do we add in random characters that are from a different faction that appear only once in that post we make and never show up again?

Could you restate the question? Not sure what you were asking. Although if a faction is short of characters, I'll add some in to make sure there's depth to that faction. No one appearance and done's here.
