Two beasts... with power over reality itself to various degrees, duking it out... The fight itself was nice, but the ending with Arma getting gang raped by multiple Gwangi was just... what just happened? Where did the multiple Gwangi come from? The mere thought of all those Gwangi existing... suddenly, the universe is no longer safe.

Alright... Kiryu, I think this anvil NEEDS to be dropped.

Your character, or should I say, yourself implanted into these things... is a total Mary Sue. He's boring, he's ridiculously overpowered, and he can never ever lose. There's never any interest in watching the character fight, because there's no way he could ever lose. He's got literally ZERO personality, outside of that "he's insane and has got crazy powers, lololo!" And, there's of course his RIDICULOUS power level. He's practically invincible; he's not a character, he's a over bloated fantasy that exists solely to win and make YOURSELF feel better. This also applies to Gwangi, since he suffers from the exact same problems.

Sorry if this offends you, but it really is a serious problem that NEEDS to be addressed if you want to be respected as a writer.

Honestly, I couldn't care less about that. If you had told me about this perhaps months ago, then maybe I'd listen, but by this point I've pretty much gotten too used to OP characters that I no longer care much about their limits in power and such. I do have a scrapped fic idea which had the characters have at the most mountain-level power with a boss having island-level power, but aside from that I just can't care about it. If you don't like my persona being stronger than gods, that's fine. But I'm keeping him as this powerful, and I have no plans of changing that.

They are Kiryu's characters. Dumb and overpowered or not, they are his and he can use them as he wants. If you don't want to read about their OP'ed abilities, don't. Read the other matches that dot have them, or don't read at all.

Thank you, KC. I was getting pretty annoyed with them complaining about my character and not talk about the matches themselves. And I'm glad to see that us being able to use our characters as we want wasn't ignored by anyone else.

If I may inject my own opinion into here...

Looking at your latest matches, Kiryu, I've been noticing that you seem to enjoy the status quo staying the same. Kaos and Kynigos having their bickering and war never end, Gwangi always coming out ontop through his sheer randomness, Kiryu never loosing, etc. Now, I'm not saying status quo here is bad, and neither is having powerful characters, but it does make the fights feel a little dull at the end. Sure, the actual combat and the fights themselves are entertaining to read, and I loved the Rusty Walrus vs. Gwangi fight... but to see it end up with the status quo again and again... it feels a little stale. I'm not being rude, I'm only pointing out something I think you should try and fix. The Kaos and Kynigos fights already seem to have something of an interconnected story to them, so have something change up from one of the fights. Shake up the status quo, make an overarching plot that involves them changing and becoming different from it. Have your characters LEARN and ADAPT from these fights so we can see them progress and change from them. I'm not forcing you to change how your doing these fights, Kiryu, it's only something I feel would help improve how you do them.

I really don't want to get involved in this... but you guys do realize Corzak was only trying to help Kiryu, right? That's how constructive criticism works. And IMO, anyone who posts their work online for the world to see should expect some form of it no matter how good they are.
