So it turns out this is set in the Resident Evil universe... nice.

Ahhh.about that...not really lol the only revelant Resident Evil is the first one for this story. I used it more as a plot device than anything, and in Exitium's universe, Umbrella went down right after the incident. There is no RE 2,3,4 and so on...lol it explain more as the story goes on and trust me the virus for in RE is nothing similar to this one8-)

Finally I was able to catch up on the story and I must say its really suspensful and I'm looking more to it and a nice way to connect it to Resident Evil. Keep up the good work

Haha yes Kanna is mysterious indeed. Her past and involvement will not be answered all in Exitium, hers will be a continuing arch that will span across the next two sequels
