Magicarp using Flail

, I just imagine a fish flailing in the air yelling "KARP!" multiple times, growing a horn (for some reason), and going apeshit on a Victrebell

. Also, Victrebell is a grass/poison type, Misty is only afraid of bug type Pokemon..... Just pointing it out

If Magikarp's learned Flail, he's been ready to solve for way too long. C.C. needs to shove a Water Stone or something down that fish's throat so I can get that Gyrados.

Indeed. That fish should have evolved a long time ago... Or maybe it's secretly a Feebas, and it requires more beauty to evolve.

Yes, very good...but I think anyone would be mildly turned off by a Victreebel;

KC! You hairy lion! You're forgetting that Magikarps evolve into Gyardos at level 20 not by water stones. You need to learn your Pokemons more! I say you go back to that stupid school at the beginning city and learn about your Pokemons and maybe learn some sex ed as well.
