Per executive order Alpha, no attempt was made to study King Ghidorah's corpse. A full U.S. army base was stationed there now, and as a precaution against rogue science teams taking cell samples, too From Hezbollah to the Medellin Drug Cartel to North Korea to the KKK; no terrorist gang, rogue state, drug empire, or backwoods thugs would not be breeding any giant monsters, period.
