No, it's time for the 8th annual Semi-Emmys!
This means anything from July 11, 2014 to January 6th 2015, both new stories and updated stories, are open for nominations!
But first, here are the Rules:
1. You can’t vote for yourself.
2. If there is only one fan fic author’s fan fic in a category then that category will be deleted.
3. If there are only two authors’ fan fics in a certain category then those two authors can’t vote for the other author’s fan fic.
4. You can of course like in every other Emmy Awards can request categories.
5. Any submission can be entered as long as it is between July 11, 2014 and January 6th, 2015.
6. Also please state what category for each submission is so I don’t get confused.
7. Remember I’m not putting yours up on the list until you say “Oh here are my nominations good sir!”
8. Ties of course can happen even three ways (GIGGITY!)
9. Yes again like in every emmys both authors and non authors can vote, just all you have to do is ask for a ballot when I say “Ballot time!”
10. All nominations must be made by January 16th so I can give you guys the ballots on the 17th. Have them filled out on the same day, have you all send your choices back to me and I'll post them on the 24th...just so I can watch you squirm with anticipation!
11. You cannot have more than 2 of your fan fics, characters, whatever, in the same category unless there is less than 5 people in the category.
12. For the Underrated writer category is for people who don’t get a lot of fame like the other writers do. So the following writers cannot enter in that section. Mothrarocks, Giratina93, Kubo, Kiryu2012, and Godzillavsason . If I’m missing any others let me know.
13. Best newcomer is for people who have begun to write in this section since the last emmys took place can join.
14. No outsider fan fics can be requested they all have to be on this site.
15. If there's more than 6 choices in a category then you can vote twice but no more than that.
