Its fun to speculate huh? Lol jk but actually that's a good guess Three but thats actually NOT what was going on. Yes there was an alien being born...but the supposed "whispers" where not from it. And the plot thicken.

i didn't mean to suggest that they were from the alien in the guy's chest. they were clearly coming from somewhere else, but were directed at the alien in there. that's what i meant.
