Verdict: I'm going with Godzilla in this fight. Zilla has the intelligence, speed, and burrowing to hold his own, but Godzilla should be able to keep him back with his durability and Atomic Ray. Eventually, Zilla probably will back down, but not without a fight.

Because there's literally nothing that he can do to bring down any Godzilla. People severely underrate KiryuGoji around here. He's still among the more powerful Toho monsters. Toonzilla is great and all, but he wont be able to deliver the kind of beatdown that it will take to best Godzilla.

KiryuGoji may be a slow learner but he does catch on eventually and even the dumbest Godzilla is still hard to kill because, well, it's freaken Godzilla. He's pretty damn durable.

I wouldn't call this one sided, but Godzilla still wins. Zilla will give Godzilla a rough fight, but Godzilla will be able to take it and still dish out attacks on Zilla. Zilla may be fast, but Godzilla is going to wear Zilla down. A solid hit from Godzilla's atomic breath is going to mess up Zilla.

Toonzilla's Thermonuclear Flames turned sand to glass. They're stupidly hot. Godzilla won't like getting hit by them in the least.

But, seriously, I pick Zilla. This fight ends by retreat, correct? Well, Zilla is stupidly fast, which KiryuGoji isn't. Zilla was a much better fighter in the series than he gets credit for, and he was inside a volcano when it erupted. I'm sure he wouldn't like taking an atomic ray, but it won't finish him. Same goes for Zilla's retardedly hot breath: KiryuGoji isn't going to like it, but it won't finish him. But what really makes me lean towards Zilla is his burrowing ability. KiryuGoji isn't even going to realize where Zilla went until he gets hit. KiryuGoji can take all Zilla's got, but when he realizes he can't hit the damn lizard, he's going to retreat.

I honestly can see it either way. Although I know Kiryu Godzilla is to durable for Toon Zilla I do think Toon Zilla is a far superior fighter and may at least send Godzilla into a retreat if not eventually defeat him.
