Verdict: Godzilla could eventually win this. Leilons will go down first, not being paticularly powerful. Anguirus will last a bit, but will eventually go down. The Rogue Xenomorph will tank Godzilla's attacks at first, but will be brought down. Eleking will last quite a bit against Godzilla, but in the end, will be overwhelmed by Godzilla's firepower.

Godzilla's nuclear pulse should be strong enough to kill them all. I really doubt the Xeno's acid is going to do much to Godzilla if Biollante's acid was not strong enough to hurt Godzilla from what I can remember.
