I have to go with Godzilla and Anguirus on this, it's two vs one, and Godzilla's faced Gabara before, so I see Godzilla and Anguirus winning.

Anguirus alone can win this match and Anguirus's fighting style is sloppy as shit outside of tag team fights. Gabara really only has his shock touch going for him and unlike Kong's it doesn't seem to do any lasting damage, just stun. Gabara is nothing more then an oversized bully, even Megalon is a bigger threat then him who, ironically enough, just like Anguirus is made more effective in a team then by itself.

Gabara was beat by Godzilla alone. Adding Anguirus is overkill. Gabara will be overpowered quickly by Godzilla's strength and Anguirus' ferocity.

These are all Showa incarnations. Realistically, Godzilla and Angilas will knock Gabara around a little bit until Gabara gives up and runs away. He won't be destroyed or shredded.

I know what you mean Showa Godzilla and a lot of other Showa series kaiju resorted to the strategy of pummeling more often than not but I think most of us or at least me used the terms "destroyed" & "shredded" as expressions.
