What explosion? Burning Godzilla melted down. He didn't blow up. Hedora would just fly somewhere else to consume some pollution and grow bigger. What would radiation do to Hedora anyway?

Assuming that statement was ppinted at me, I never said any sort of shit like that in this thread. You just can't think of a proper argument for 'MD goji's ray can't hurt Heddy' and are resorting to this sort of argument.

Godizlla ray is radiation. An heat. Which we have long proved Hedorah is immune to.

You do forget that heat evaporates water. Especially at that kind of heat. And even if he's able to tank Godzilla's heat, the explosion is going to rip holes into him.

Hedorah laughed through Godzilla 3000 degree+ ray. That doesn't just show he's resistant to heat- it also shows he's immune to ordinary heat. If not, Showa Godzilla's beam, one of the hottest in existence, should ahve at least dried up a good portion of him.

So, if I'm not mistaken, Burning Godzilla's temperature was shown in Celsius. That alone would make his body temperature about 2000*F. Now, based on the fact that Godzilla's ray got stronger as he got hotter, it is fairly safe to assume that his ray also got a lot hotter than 3000*F.
I dunno about you guys, but I'd say that probably isn't going to be liking that heat too well, even if it only begins to dry him out some. As for the explosive force behind the ray...ugh, I don't really see Heddy taking a whole bunch of those without being in several pieces.

That's not my point. Showa G's ray may not be as hot as BG's, but it is still friggin' hot either way. If Hedorah was immune to ordinary heat, he would ahve been hurt more by the ray than he was by Goji's punch. But he was completely immune to it. It doesn't magtter how hot your ray is when you are immune to heat. Its like hitting Gamera with fire non-stop. It doesn't matter how hot your fire is sicne gamera cannot be hurt by it.

Also Hedorah can dodge in his flying form. And lets face it. Meltdown Goji isn't exactly acid-proof... Granted he'd probably manage to kill Hedorah but he'd go critical doing it..

Well, it kind of does matter. If he goes critical and melts down, he dies. Hedorah will die with him, but he'll die. So it'd be a tie.
