Make the FMs a user group thing again?

I've been noticing a lot of people breaking the rules lately in the FMs. Some of them keep breaking the rules even when they've been shown and told SEVERAL TIMES where to read the rules.

So I think we should make the FMs a user group thing again.

What do you guys say?

Anyway, no, we don't need a ton of regulation for the FM like we used to, things have actually gotten better with the new forum. Besides, if Arbok wanted to keep it a usergroup, why did he not do it? It's the same reason he got rid of the "no toon characters" and "limit to 5 fighters" rules, they just are not necessary.

I vote yes! I have become quite fond of participating in the FM's and now these people are just ruining it with total crap and pointless topics.
