Can we just lock this thread since the polls were most likely tampered with? Plus, I think the mods have already gotten a good idea on what to do about VG characters in FMs due to our posts in this thread.

I feel bad about saying this, because AH apparently feels very strongly about it.

But we can't judge anything based off the poll anymore. I don't know how many people he PMed. I was one of them, but held my vote until I could see the pros and cons. Truth be told I don't really care. I barely look into this part of the forum, and I'm certainly not looking into FMs for characters I don't know. But the general trend seems to be leaning against it. There is no ethical issue here, alienhulk. These are fictional characters in make believe matches. It's too bad that you feel so strongly about this.

I'm not going to vote, but I will say that the arguments making the most sense are those that restrict the use of VG characters.

Why don't you look back and see just how many of your "stats" in all of your matches were ever used by anyone but you. Hell, half the matches you posted don't even get replied to.
