Spacegodzilla wins easily. Rodan won't be able to save himself from a barrage of Corona beams, and he'll quickly be brought down before he could attack.

Spacegodzilla wins 8-9/10

Oh man, Space Godzilla has this one
Rodan's speed will help him alot, but I just don't see him doing much of anything to Space Godzilla, who will be spamming him with his cornea beam.

This fight should be locked. Rodan will get butt-raped by SpaceGodzilla HARD.

I'd love to know, if this is one-sided then is Godzilla vs Rodan one-sided?

I dont know why Godzilla is compared to Rodan as equals (at least in the 201X movie threads).

Ok, but in this new movie, I get the feeling that if he was serious in trying to kill him, Godzilla would take him down no problem. Depends on abilities but still.

Godzilla probally showed Rodan some mercy, after all they are "friends".

But Godzilla still didn't kill Rodan. Idk, I haven't watched the movie in a while, so I don't remember if Rodan flew off or whatever.

They didn't kill each other because Mothra broke up the fight.

I think Rodan got burried by rocks and knocked out at the end of the Godzilla vs. Rodan fight in Godzilla vs. MG2

Why does this exist? You could physically rob all of Spacegodzilla's powers, and he'd still probably win against Rodan.

^That's bullshit. Rodan isn't some powerhouse but SG's screwed without his powers. He's absolutely pathetic at close combat and fighting skill. He'd lose to Megalon without his powers.

And are we all forgetting how durable Rodan is already?

Lots of Kaiju would lose to megalon in a fight, he might be mentally retarded, but he's not that weak of a kaiju :?

And Space Godzilla isn't THAT bad of a melee fighter, he managed to impale Moguera on his tail and throw him, He might not be able to do the same to Rodan with such ease, but there's still not much Rody could do to Space Godzilla

Spacegodzilla's tail strike is no joke. If it passed effortlessly through Moguera's armor it would impale monster flesh easily.

After checking the link....this is Fire Rodan not regular Rodan so the Uranium Beam which is on par with the Atomic Ray is gonna hurt. Adding to that is his insane durability and his speed. He'll dish out some damage, probably a little more then Godzilla did on Birth Island. I don't think the Corona Beam would hit Rodan if he kept in constant motion, at least not a lot. That being said, if it does hit it'll be crippling. Rodan's flaw here is his tendency to get up close. That will lead to his death.
