In the video I posted, it's clear that Silvagon is worn down by Tiga's strikes. He struggles to stand the second time he's thrown to the ground, and even allows Tiga to plant him. He literally had like ten seconds to break that hold Tiga had on him. Those strikes added up.

I never said Silvagon wasn't strong. His hits hurt Tiga plenty when they connected.
