You guys don't give Gaira any credit! If Orochi only tears him to bits with his teeth, Gaira will eventually form into an army of Gairas... and still probably lose. There is no way Gaira has a shot at beating Orochi, ever.

Orochi has Gaira beat both in range and close quarters combat. Orochi's multitude of heads would be more than enough to overwhelm the son of Frankenstein.

Orochi will barbeque Gaira. Gaira died in a volcano so I don't see why Orochi's flames will be any different.

I think you guys are not giving Gaira much consideration in this fight. We all know that he would be screwed if he is caught in the sea of flames that Orochi fires out of his mouth, but Gaira does have one thing: agility. In the War of the Gargantuas, I clearly remember a scene where Gaira avoids firing tanks in the countryside by moving very quickly and ducking along the hills. If Gaira can use his agility efficiently, then he could sneak up behind Orochi and attack his blind spot. A slow, tanky kaiju, Orochi would have a hard time trying to turn himself or his heads around in time to blast Gaira while he is there. It may take a long time for Gaira to defeat Orochi like this, but it is one of the best options he has. This match really depends on the strategies Gaira uses.

It would take an army of Gaira's to have a chance here. Although, I can't see a Gaira army working that well together.
