Why doesn't any one give Gyaos any chance? Yeah he would die but he could get some good shoots, even hurt Godzilla a little.

No he wouldn't. Godzilla is too durable for Gyaos to inflict serious damage to. You're giving Gyaos too much credit.

Which means Gyaos would have to attack from the cave with his beam, which would irritate Godzilla and reveal Gyaos' posistion which Godzilla could procede to obliterate or in the possible rockslide secnario you said it would just piss of Godzilla and end in Gyaos being obliterated
