Nah, that trailer is older and was made for a different reason, besides, it has characters that aren't Sony exclusives. It's still pretty cool.

Its about time we loyal Sony customers were rewarded with a SSB clone. I love the game. One of the best nintendo has ever come out with but I have always wanted to use some characters I am more familiar with. Crash and Spyro would be awesome. Incidentaly has anyone played Onimusha blade warriors? Kind of a clone as well but not quite as good. Neat characters though. I do love me some samurai/ninja action....

Have third party characters have already been confirmed? Crash Bandicoot and Spyro would be viewed as third party due to them being work on multiple developers. I think someone like Cloud from Final Fantasy 7 is more likely.

Right there: That's what Xbox's problem is, they don't have any exclusives. Sure they got Halo and Gears of War, but that's it! They had a couple others, like Bioshock and Mass Effect, but they sold them! I mean, Sony's their main competitor (Let's face it, no one's stealing customers from Nintendo) and they just give away their second-best stuff? I mean, what the Hell?

Well after watching some gameplay of it, i must say it is an obvious attempt of imitate SSB but i dont know
its interesting to watch Sony Characters all fighting and more between Serious (Kratos) and Non Serious
characters (Sack Boy and such) maybe i wont played it since i dont own a PS3 but its interesting.

Looks fun, but I just don't like these characters as much as Nintendo's characters. I don't think this was really needed.

I'll probably pick it up once the final roster is released and it's decent. Or when it hit's the $20 mark or so.

Likewise, I never got into the SSB games because I don't care about any of the characters in them. This game, on the other hand, features characters I like and am familiar with.

So yeah, I'm excited.

I'm so sorry about that since I was listing to something at the same time when I made that post. I really doubt Gex is in the game when he has not been popular since the late 90's.
