Occasionly on FB you can get a free game via a promotion and then there's a group of games that you can pay what ever you want for them.

TF2 is open for free play now.

There a quite a few, usually too many people aren't playing them though. TF2 is obviously the major one now.

Hey Peter or anyone else apparently my user name is

gvamptuj but when I try logging in with that I get the same error. My brother in law tried adding me tonight and told me that's what it came up with.

Hopefully customer service gets ahold of me soon so I can get this situated.

Well that somewhat clears things up. At least you know your real username. Hopefully, you get that password recovery email soon.

Hey, if it makes you feel any better, I'm having some trouble installing a game on my comp as well. Apparently, Battlefield 2142 doesn't enable you to recycle the CD code, which is bullshit!

Well still no password recovery e-mail and when I use the gvamptuj name in Steam they can't locate it yet they can locate the gvamp name but I don't get the recovery e-mail.

And STILL no skreeonk word from the tech support. They better give me a free game. :mad:

I contacted Steam about a financial mix up involving a failed transaction, and it took them 2 days to get back to me, they are kinda slow

Steam was telling me I couldn't use my debit card because I didn't have my address exactly right, put the same thing into Amazon and it worked. I gotta admit Steam has top notch security for Credit and Debit cards.
