Overall, though I am disappointed that Turles and Cooler aren't playable at all, I'm still buying this game. Sure the roster is a smaller than expected, but I just want a DBZ game that I personally can enjoy. I find the gameplay enjoyable, and I completely love the game and what it brings and bares. So is this game still first day for me? Yep.

I saw the official list today on Daizenshuu EX and I'm still picking up the game. It looks like this game can be a DBZ game that is enjoyable for both fans and maybe the non fans. Not to mention, bigger character section does not make the game better. Super DBZ had a small section of characters and it was still a lot of fun. I think the roster is small is because they want to focus on having good gameplay then a game with all fan service. I think Spike wants a game to do well in sales and receives good reviews unlike the past few games which sold poorly.

You're like a parrot, I swear.

No Turles or Dabura is a big no-no for me, seeing as both were heavily promoted as playable characters in the last game.

I dunno. I may just get Raging Blast 2 instead. I skipped it for this game, but now, its looking more and more appealing.

Well then, I'll past on buying it BUT I may rent it. It all depends if UMVC3 is added on Gamefly's site.

I only had to pay $35 for it because I trade in Soul Silver and Borderlands, and Gamestop gave me 40% more credit on the game. So it won't be a major lost to me since I only pay half for it. I find it annoying that I see people saying that they rather pay Final Bout over this game . I still think the game will still be fun and I actually like the QTE gameplay, .

So?

This isnt Budokai 3. This the Tenkaichi series, and one of its selling points was LOTS of characters.
c.

The game is not even part of the Tenkaichi series, the Ultimate Tenkaichi is just the title for the American release of the game. That title was only pick due to the fan votes.

I was thinking about getting Raging Blast 2 for Turles and Cooler as well...But I decided against it. The tremendous lacking of a entertaining story mode, and the down-right overly long Galaxy Mode with somewhat impossible missions...That game just for those two characters...Nah, at least not with my money. I'll probably have one of my friends or family members get it for me for X-Mas.

Raging Blast 2 is alright, it's not that much different then the first game. I think that you are better off waiting for this game since the gameplay will be much better and it will be a more polish game. I still hope that this game won't have as many spammers as the last few games when people will keep spamming ultimate attacks over and over again.

I think I'm just gonna ask for this for Christmas... I really don't want to spend the $60 on it myself, with my limited-ass funds.

Tullece is pretty cool, I always wanted to see him have a SSj transformation. In a recent interview with Spike mention that they plan do add more characters as DLC or do a sequel depending how well the game sells.

Thats not what I meant.

Its part of this series of DBZ fighting games by Spike.

Tenkaichi 1-3, and Raging Blast 1-2.

All of which had the appeal of lots of characters.

I would try to counter your argument if everything had gone as planned, but the gameplay doesn't look as refined to make up for the roster, so I agree with you.

Yeah, like I said in the past why would you buy something next gen when you nearly the exact thing on the PS2? >.>

Now random budokai question as I can't remember but which game had it so you can play in buu? It was an awesome stage.

I never got to play Infinite World but some friends who are very adept at Budokai tell me it's really good.
