I'm going with $299.99 with that article but no more than $349.99. The next xbox and ps4 are going to be $500 to $600 easy and this makes the Wii U almost half their price.

It will also give Nintendo room for when the other consoles life begins to drop.

If it's $300 then I bet you that it will be a hot seller for the holiday season and will be out of stock for a while just like the Wii did in 2006. I also bet that people are going to have a lot of hardware problems just like most consoles have on their lunch date.

Because Nintendo learned with the 3DS they can't sell every system at a profit to begin with?

Wii-U wouldn't be any lower than $250, as that's what the previous two consoles were launched at. Reggie sort of implies it also won't be that low this time around, but it won't be so awful. I'm thinking it's gonna sit around $300.

$300 is a good choice and if it does sell poorly then they could drop it down to $250 just like they did with the 3DS.

Not really that we know of yet. I think it's gonna suffer from 3DS syndrome, and have a pretty lackluster library at launch.

Yeah, I'm gonna wait. Consoles are rarely worth picking up at launch. Most of the games suck for at least a year
