"Given" moves used: Outrage, Hidden Power Fire, and Ice Beam

Ice Beam no investment vs Physically Defensive Skarmory: (62%-73%) Guaranteed 2HKO.
Ice Beam no investment vs Specially Defensive Skarmory: (43%-50%) It has a 48% Chance to 2HKO after SR. But what is Skarm going to do back? Phaze? Can get killed by anything that comes in and will die to SR if it switches out.

Outrage: 155-183 (40.25 - 47.53%) -- 5.08% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
Outrage: 155-183 (40.25 - 47.53%) -- 98.44% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Spikes

Specially Defensive Jirachi vs Full Investment Outrage

Now what about the things that aren't Steel types but can stand up to Outrages? The Big three being Hippowdon, Tangrowth, and Slowbro. Hippo and Tangrowth are OHKO'ed by Ice Beam. What about Slowbro?

Looks like Black Kyurem's gonna have a heyday in OU... if it isn't banned.

Assuming 31 IV's in every stat, no EV's, and a Neutral nature... their speeds are still around 95, health's the same, defences are similar, and their highest offensive stats are around 160...

And they will be Uber. ~160/130:130/160 attacking stats with no drawback will result in a very expedient banning.

There IS still a chance they'll be OU... their ice typing hinders them big time, and with other dragons and the Musketeers outspeeding them and slaughtering them with faster Draco Meteors/Outrages/Close Combats and whatnot, they'll probably be kept in line... but on the offensive side of things, they'll 2-3HKO the entire metagame...

That's the banable part. Garchomp always fell to revenge KO Ice Shards. Speed Boost Blaziken fails hard against Aqua Jet (without his own priority). Even Rayquaza has a 4x weakness to ice. Didn't stop Smogon from banning them.

You make it. You select from the dropdown, the Pokemon, nickname, IVs, nature, EVs, etc, etc...

The problem with that Kyurem is that he gets destroyed by priority Bullet Punch.
