Trying to find an LCD game

ok... YEARS ago i used to have one of those little LCD handheld games. you would play as a kaiju and (Vomit?) on tanks and cars that would drive past you. if i can recall correctly, the whole game was seen from in front of the Godzilla like monster. you could (vomit) either left or right.

anyone evr play this before and/or know where i could find it?

no... the monster looked like godzilla (not chibi or anything...)

and he was walking down a road and tanks and cars drove past him and you controlled his (vomtt?) to destroy them...

(i say (vomit?) because i swear it was like a puke ball... but i could be wrong...
