Far Cry series

Postby KaijuCanuck » Sun Feb 04, 2018 10:09 am

Anyone a fan of this series? I've never played one but I'm really interested in Far Cry 5. I live in Alberta, which is just north of Montana, so the setting is pretty exciting for me because the scenery is pretty much the same.

From what I know of the series, it's kind of life Grand Theft Auto, but in first person and in the wilderness, and more things want to kill you. Would you say that's accurate?

About. There's a bit more of a stealth and infiltration element though.

GTA has a lot of humor to it, plus it's a freeroam where you can mess with things and have fun with characters.

FC3 and on is just CoD with Assassin's Creed gameplay elements.
Nothing about it is memorable. I play them for fun gameplay and good visuals.

The villains have been pretty memorable so far, especially Vaas .
