Video games you would love to see remade.

If movies can be remade, why not video games? The Pokemon franchise has done this many times, but video game remakes are not as frequent as the ones on the big screen. What games would you like to see updated in today's generation?

Mine
- Castlevania (1986)
- Castlevania II: Simon's Quest (1987)
- Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse (1989)
- Super Castlevania IV (1991)
- Mutant League Football (1993)
- Mutant League Hockey (1994)
- Primal Rage (1994) <---I MADE A PETITION FOR THIS, AND ONLY ONE PERSON HAS SIGNED IT!

That's all I can think of for now. I might post some more later.

Primal rage is a definite hell yeah, but I don't think the Castlevania games need to be remade.

Want to know what SHOULD be remade or atleast release on a anniversary collection? Earthbound.

Earthbound already had one(along with the first Mother Game).....in Japan. :( I don't think we're ever getting another Earthbound game again.

Uh, well, I honestly can't think of a game that I want remade. I mean, we already had remakes of Kirby Super Star and Pokemon Gold and Silver....and we're getting a remake of Star Fox 64.

Banjo-Kazooie. I hear the last one wasn't very good.

I liked it. But building vehicles was a different challenge, and I'd love to see Banjo-Kazooie go back to its old roots. :)

The 3rd Banjo-Kazooie was a let down if you ask me since they seems like try to be too much like Ratchet & Clank, and lack the feel that the first two games had. And that the text was so hard read as well .

I would love to see Bomberman 64 to be remade as wel since I loved that game as a kid, and play it all the time.

I'd love to see remakes of the original Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain and Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver. They're both amazing games already and the story line is fantastic. So I'd love to see a next gen version of each. But Eidos should probably finish up the loose ends with the rest of the series first. If that ever happens.

And I also agree with a Primal Rage remake. That would most definately be interestng to see.

Yeah I would love to see another game in the LOK series. The people at Eidos said they would love to make another one.

They need to stop making those Tomb Raider games and bring Kain back. I've heard that some people at Eidos want to make a new one and as of lately it seems like more fans of the series are becoming vocal about a revival of the series which is good. LoK is one of the most underrated series out there and I'm dying to either see a remake or the final chapter of the series. Kain looking over the destroyed pillars with the purified reaver just doesn't satisfy me for an official ending.

FF7 remake on the PSP would be cool to see since they remade FF3 and FF4 on the DS but the original versions are still great even today. I doubt a FF7 remake would work on the DS due to the large amount of cartridge space, and Sony distributed FF7 on the PS1.

Now I want to see sometype of Xenogears remake on the PSP since I feel like the Xenogears is a undderrated game.
