Tokyo Hard? They added difficulties to the co-op levels?

Sort of. It's a revamped version of the normal mission, where, after you complete what is normally the end of the second half of the mission, new targets start appearing in abundance, mostly ground targets (hence a usefulness for Bombers). But you still have the 5-6 minute time window to do everything. I've only gotten an A rank at best thus far.

This is definitely the case. My A-10 has been able to comfortably 1-shot AD Tanks with standard missiles for many levels now, and in Tokyo HARD they survive one with a sliver of health left.

And enemy damage is way ramped up. A single shot from an F-22 took off like half my health. Which is nuts, considering the A-10's ridiculous armor.

I'm pretty sure Tokyo HARD requires at least 6 players to even have a chance at S Rank. I hosted a 4 player room this afternoon (my MR is ~1850 for reference) and we fell just short of getting B Rank. Granted, none of us performed particularly well (I think the highest score was like 45k, with the rest of us being just under 40k), but even if we had I don't think we would have even gotten up to A Rank.

Just barely S ranked Tokyo Hard with an 8 man team of MR 2000+ guys (myself included). You don't seem to get anything special yet. I might have to play a certain number of times

Haven't played this game in a while, but I found out they added in the ASF-X Shinden.

I want. Now. Like seriously, that plane is the only not-fucked-up thing which Assault Horizon brought us.

While I haven't had a chance to play any of the new SOLG destruction missions, the gold version has a squad of laser-equipped Morgans show up to harass you near the end of the mission, all while The Unsung War plays!

Also, X-02 Wyvern is now a standard aircraft!

Happy days have come again!

Is it a fighter or multirole?

Multi-role. Gets 6AAM, SOD and QAAM if I recall correctly. Extends from the Su-47 line. The FALKEN and Morgan come off the T-50 line, and the ATD-0 (ATD-X) sits near the F-22.

Wait the FALKEN is in now too? I remember seeing it in that one trailer, but didn't know it was put in now. What weapons does it have?

Trailer, since I forgot to post it yesterday.

I got a SOLG I mission last night, but less than halfway into it my internet decided to crap out on me and I got disconnected. What I got to play was fun though. This might be the first special raid mission where my rocket launcher A-10 isn't the best choice (yes, I use it for Moby Dick missions too).

Laser, HVAA, and 4AAM. It also has the highest stats and cost of any plane in the game.

i haven't played since August, pretty much decided I'm done with the game, until some sort of new monetary system is established. Which, I know, has pretty much 0% chance of happening.

Wish I could have gotten a SOLG once in twelve consecutive missions. But alas, the game hates me. What's worse is that this is a frequent occurrence for me.

UPDATE:

Holy crap, I got both a SOLG II and III in the same day! We barely S ranked the SOLG III with a four man team and less than a second on the clock. Talk about epic.

Ugh, my MR is taking a massive hit with this Unsung War event. Dropped like 50 points since it started. My Jolly Rogers F-14 and 6AAMs are level 8 and 4, respectively, so the performance is there on the equipment side of things, but I'm just way better at groundpounding with my A-10.

That Razgriz emblem WILL be mine, though. Just have to maintain my ranking at this point.

Best of luck to you on that end. I haven't leveled an F-14 since I stopped using my F-14A for A2A missions.

...Aaaaaand my PS3 decided today would be a good time to have its power supply die on me. Took it to a place that does console repairs. Won't get it back until next week.

There goes my Razgriz emblem. -_-

Pssh. You think I actually spend money of fuel? Hell no. I've got like 160 stocked fuel saved up that I got purely from challenges and random drops. Only money I ever spent on the game was for the Campaign Ticket and Rookie Pack way back when.

In other news, I just purchased my X-02. Now to level it so it will be comparable to my other planes.
