Did they mention what they're updating?

So the SU-47 is at the very end of the Attacker branch, which I invested the least in.

So I tried my hand at a single round of TDM today. It was a lot of chasing your tail, as anticipated, although I did get 5 kills with the MiG-21 before being shot down myself. There's almost no money to be made in it and it doesn't seem to generate any kinds of rewards other than the usual mission rewards. It does have some good options to prevent you from being roomed with a bunch of Raptors with QAAMs though, so that's a plus. And yes, it consumes fuel per each match.

Also, I S ranked Avalon the other day, and the emblem you get is pretty badass. I'm using it now instead of the Javelin squadron emblem.

Also also, gaming with some of the guys from here was fun. Here's hoping we can do it more often.

I got MVP 3 times last night during my go with TDM. But even though everyone is using low tier aircraft, if their level is higher than yours, you'll still be curbstomped. My last match proved that to me.

Woulda been a lot more fun if I could have actually scored any points in that first mission. I don't think I'd ever scored less than 10k points before that. Ugh.

yeah that first game was a bust for us 1600s.

So...

The F-2A Shogun and the F-15S/MTD Stripes are TDM rewards, as will the F-15C skin.

Dammit...I hate TDM.

And I am never going to get that S/MTD either, as I keep having serious connectivity issues. I know it's not a problem on my end, because it only just now started to get bad.

...

I just want my F-15S/MTD

I only played like...4 matches. Fuel is too precious to waste on TDM.

MY F-18 is at level 8 though. And I equipped her with all the best parts. She's incredible now.

Finally managed to unlock and purchase the F-15S/MTD. Even with parts, it's not quite as good as my lvl 7 F/A-18F, but it will be.

Today I made good progress. Research on the Su-35 is completed, and just begun on the F-35. Just gotta start farming credits again.

Just got my chance to play the new Stonehenge special raid mission. It's actually pretty fun, though some YOLO bastard killed the last turret before we got the S rank.

Yeah, it took me a few tries to finish Bunker Shot with my SMTD with LAGMs. Had to use parts to boost my ammo counts so I had enough missiles, but it was worth it. Also, the new Blue Skies remix is awesome.

So I just got my hands on the SU-34-AX- after a Stonehenge Returns I, and took it for a test drive. I will say this...

This may be the girliest looking craft I've flown since I had the flamingo Wyvern in Joint Assault, but man, this thing kicks ass. At lvl 1 it has better stats than my lvl 5 A-10. And the new EGPB weapon that comes with it is like a more powerful GPB. Given sme time, this will definitely make a great ground attacker in my roster, no matter how silly it looks.

BONUS:

I just got my match rating up to 2000 without seal-clubbing. I feel so proud of myself.

So... how 'bout that new update, eh?

I'm not quite sure what to make of the B-1 and B-2. Their armaments are bloody ridiculous, and their ability to carpet bomb the everloving poop out of things seems like it'll be absurd. I'm just not sure how viable they'll be with their crazy low speed stats.

Area B7R being a purely aerial co-op mission is interesting, but I'm personally not too keen on it. I'm a groundpounder, after all. I hope with all the attackers they've added in this update, along with the new bombers, that we'll get a pure ground mission in the near future. That would be fun.

In related news, my beloved A-10 is nearly up to level 14.

Yeah, I don't know how I feel about bombers yet, but I feel like there will be plenty of opportunities to use them effectively.

Also, I saw some videos posted about a hard version of Tokyo Martial Law. I'm not sure if its a thing (as I haven't gotten on yet), but I'm interested in seeing what it's about. B7R is going to give me an opportunity to better use my fighters as well (as I pretty much fly the S/MTD exclusively).

Hm, not bad. I don't play a more but the new planes and level look neat. Finally there is a level where fighters can shine.

Not sure about bombers though...

So I just got done playing both B7R and Tokyo HARD. B7R is about what we all expected, although Stonehenge fires at you during the update, so that's cool.

Tokyo HARD on the other hand, is a friggin' blast. There are tons of new targets to smoke, and they amped up the damage output of baddies. One missile nearly killed me. It's almost like playing Ace difficulty on the single player games. Also, I think they amped up the defenses on some targets there as well, as they seem to require more shots to down.
