A lot of people want Sora but I doubt he will make it due to him being also own by Disney. I think a Final Fantasy character is likely and I would imagine that Cloud could be in the in the game given that FF7 was the best selling game on the PS1/PSX.

I feel like they're saving the more surprising characters (Crash and Spyro hopefully) for last while they're revealing characters most people would expect to see in the game first (Cole MacGrath, Jak and Daxter, Nathan Drake, etc.). If anything though, I would expect Solid Snake to be the next character revealed as David Hayter did confirm a while back that he was providing Snake's voice in the game and Paul did make a hint towards him in the last article in one of the hint images.
