Meh. Can't say that I love this series. It's very popular, I'll give it that, but I never really had a connection with this series. I like the first one better than the rest actually, but I still just never found the series that interesting. :?

Probably my favorite of the computer animated kids films. I loved the first two as a kid, and seeing the third in theaters with my family was an awesome bit of nostalgia.

I find Wall-E and Up to be more emotionally charged then Toy Story. Ive not seen Toy Story 3 yet but Wall-E and Up made me bawl like a baby.

I would agree here; I consider The Incredibles to be Pixar's best work to date.

...But that's not to say the Toy Story series isn't excellent either. The third one comes in as Pixar's second best, in my opinion.

Bah, Incredibles couldn't even be bothered to decide whether it wanted to be a superhero movie or a spy movie.

Toy Story and 2 are storytelling greatness and 3 is an all-time classic of cinema.

While Toy Story certainly started the whole computer generated animated movie and used it incredibly well, it did not perfect it. Or at the very least, use it to it's fullest degree.

So for best Pixar film, it would have to be the film that perfected it, and made it into something more. For that reason, I would say that the best Pixar film, by far, is WALL-E. That film goes beyond just the film's target audience, and tells a story that is ageless and only enhanced more by the stunning visuals, unique characters, and themes of finding one's purpose in life. Not to mention the truly visual storytelling approach to the film, by having no dialogue in the first third of the film. That's something that really hasn't been seen since the silent era, and the fact that WALL-E uses it so well, makes the film even more enjoyable on multiple viewings.

As if that weren't enough, then the film throws in the most believable romance I've seen in a long time between WALL-E and EVE. Their personalities work so well off of each other, and the way they change for each other over the course of the film makes more sense than any romance I've ever seen in a film. Plus, this is coming from an animated film, between two computer generated images. That's spectacular.

WALL-E gets everything right, and it only gets better with each and every viewing. The film takes what Toy Story started, and WALL-E perfects it.

^ I agree with this.

While I enjoy TS more, WALL-E is possibly the best animated film I'v ever seen, although The Lion King is tough competition up there too.

Ohhh no. Toy Story's good, but Wall-E was one of the few movies that made me cry like a fountain.

Have yet to see Up though. Might watch it on the plane back to USA.

Toy Story in my opinion was a masterpiece, it was the best movie trilogy other than Star Wars I've ever watched. Though, I think Toy Story ripped off some of Star Wars, like in Toy Story 2 when Zerk says to 'Buzz' he's his father, and in Toy Story 3, when Big Baby threw Lotso in the dumpster. Anyway, it's a good movie trilogy, and it will never have a fourth movie.

I am certain those scenes were not rip-offs, but parodies.

Wall-E was one of the most boring films ever, I nearly fell asleep a few times when watching it with my girlfriend.

Ok Ive now seen Toy Story 3. Good. IMHO parts of it were extremely boring. The plot is basically the same EVERY MOVIE and honestly I grew tired of Woody's "friends" doubting him so easily.
