Im going with a tie between Vanko/Whiplash and Loki.

Abomination for me. Second goes to Loki (Although he seem s a "Tragic" character than a villain but meh) and
third goes to Red Skull.

Loki. No contest. The other villains are cool. But none of them felt so diabolical as the god of mischief. He's sympathetic as a tragic character, but wonderfully enjoyable as a cruel villain.

It's a tie for me between Red Skull and Loki, both were portrayed so well in their movies.

For me,i gotta go with Abomination(one of my favorite villains,but definitely favorite Hulk enemy) and in second place Loki

I'd go with Vanko. Guy was awesome. His armor was pretty cool, but he was actually at his most threatening without it. Loki is great too. He added alot to Thor, and was badass in Avengers.

I liked Iron Monger. He seemed genuinely crazy in the end.

I also like Justin Hammer as a sleazier version of Tony Stark. I hope he's in IM3.

Which is funny, because in real life, Robert Downey Jr. was like a sleazier version of Sam Rockwell until he sobered up.

Red Skull because he was closer to destroying the world than Loki was. And he was a Nazi. Loki was great, but he had two whole movies and two different plots. Red Skull was just as evil, but only needed one movie.
