I won't hope for it to be good that much. Knowing Bay, the movie will be the same as the past three movies.

I heavily enjoyed the last three Transformer live action films. I just hope that this film could be as enjoyable and as fun.

Bay is a liar and should not be trusted.

Ignore the last three films- do a reboot based off of All Hail Megatron. Only kill off Sideswipe AND Sunstreaker.
I would pay an arm to see that.

I liked these films but I don't want another one.

I know it's too much to ask, but stop beating franchises to death, Hollywood.

Apparently SWTOR said that I can invite 25 people for a 7 day trial of the game. PM me if interested.

Yeah. After getting consistently disappointed with these films I don't have much excitement left for a sequel.

Are they really going to beat one more movie out of this
franchise? Jesus Christ!

I'm not one who hinges on every word Michael bay says, but I do pay attention for the simople fact that it is news, and points to forward progress in the 4th film. Personally I like what has been said so far. Keeping continuity, and ditching the previous human cast:

http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=91761

“It’s not a reboot," Bay said, reiterating that the new film will have an all-new cast. "That’s maybe the wrong word. I don’t want to say 'reboot' because then people will think we’re doing a 'Spider-Man' and starting from the beginning. We’re not. We’re taking the story that you’ve seen — the story we’ve told in three movies already — and we’re taking it in a new direction. But we’re leaving those three as the history. It all still counts... We’re moving on to something different.”
Director Bay mentioned a bit about the plot as well "That feels like the way to go, doesn’t it?" says Bay. "I want to go a little off [the planet] but I don’t want to go too sci-fi. I still want to keep it grounded."
There has never been a "Scientifically Accurate" Dinosaur portrayed on any Television Show, Movie, or Documentary. Only what the human imagination can conceive, and I'm ok with that.

Yall are still making a 1980s cartoon based on a toy line about giant alien robots hitting and shooting each other over energy foodstuffs waaaaaaay to seriously. G1's storylines were most of the time shallow and horrid.

I liked all three movies with ROTF being my least favorite. I cannot wait for TF4.

I think J.J. Abrams would be better for Transformers films. Just look at what he did with Star Trek, with the same writers as the first TF movie, no less.

After seeing the 3rd movie, I'm having doubts about this one. I think Bay should just stop, give the franchise a break, & let someone(who knows a helluva lot more a bout TF than he does) takeover.

Didn't Bay say several times that he didn't want to do anymore Transformers films? He really just needs to move on with his life. Make his own crazy ass film for a change.

Basic plot for every Transformers movie:

Humans discover Decepticon plot. Autobots and Decepticons fight. Autobots win and slaughter thousands of 'Cons casually.

I'd like to see the Decepticons win for a change and not suffer tremendous losses. Whats the point of having a villian (or villians) if they pose no threat or challenge to the heroes? Thats going off of how easly the Autobots roflstomp the Decepticons in every movie except TF1. If Bay was wise, hed use TF1 as a template since unlike the past 2 films, the first movie actually got relativly positive reviews. Obviously he did SOMETHING right.

I think the reason the 1st movie did so good, was cause Bay tried everything at the time to make it a good movie, but now with the sequels it's like he's just slaking off thinking he'll just make a lot of money off of them.

The movies are so bad they made 3 of them, and they made a shit ton of money and now theyre making another.

These movies must suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. I tell you, whoever keeps bank rolling Bay so he can make these horrible movies needs to be tracked down (yknow, on their yatchet, with their trophy wives eating Chilean sea bass, drinking Dom) and given a solid beating (at the nearest luxury port of call).

$5 says most of yall bitching about how 'bad' these movies are have probably never sat down and watched a complete G1 episode.
